About Me

Fit With Vic is about more than just personal training; it’s about a commitment to a healthy lifestyle. Fit with Vic was created by Victoria Tapp, “aka” Vic. I've been a certified personal trainer for 8 years, and I specialize in fat loss and muscle gain. I started my personal fitness journey as a way to help my anxiety and regain my confidence. Here we promote 360 health. It is all about the mind, body, and spirit connection. If your mind is engaged, your body will follow.

Fitness is really more mental than anything. I want to help you create new positive habits so your fitness journey is not only one you will enjoy but one that will stick with you through the rest of your life. Fitness has no one “look.” I train all fitness levels, from the beginner to the advanced athlete. Everyone deserves to feel good about themselves. This helps to promote confidence and a positive outlook on life, which in turn transcends into more than just fitness. So what are you waiting for? It can all start today. I offer customized routines for all fitness levels, from beginners to athletes, combining strength training, plyometrics, and HIIT. My approach is designed to build a strong foundation, guiding you from level one and progressing each week, whether you work out at home or in the gym.


I provide both online and private 1:1 training in Hyattsville, MD, with each program tailored to your fitness level, goals, and lifestyle. You’ll have access to an app with a video exercise library, personalized workouts, meal options, and recipes to support your dietary needs. Your program will be flexible, with workout plans designed around your schedule. My goal is to help you turn your fitness journey into a sustainable lifestyle.
